In person visits are currently limited to INITIAL NATUROPATHIC CONSULTATIONS (first visits); MANUAL THERAPIES (acupuncture, matrix manual therapy, auricular medicine).
ALL OTHER VISITS WILL BE BY VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT ONLY
UPDATED CLINIC PROCEDURES:
Minimizing people – If you are able to attend your appointment without assistance we ask that you come alone. If possible only one family member should accompany children for their appointments.
Screening – Every client scheduled for a visit will receive a screening questionnaire by email. You are required to answer these questions before your appointment. You will also have to answer these same questions before entering the clinic. If you have any symptoms outlined in this questionnaire it is very important for everyone’s safety that you reschedule your appointment immediately, or consider a virtual appointment instead. There will be no cancellation fees charged.
Masks – If you have a face-covering please bring it with you. Cloth masks are acceptable. If you do not have a mask we will provide one for you.
Arrival – To avoid waiting room crowding, please remain outside on the porch, and we will come get you when we are prepared to receive you.
We will provide hand sanitizer for you to use before entering the clinic.
Restrooms – We will always have a restroom available for you, but we encourage you to use your own restroom before coming for your appointment.
By APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please do not “drop in” to pick up supplements. Please call to arrange porch-front pick up, or to have items shipped directly to your door
